Log in to the app with the same email you used on the website.
Can I start the free trial inside the app?
The free trial starts on our website. Subscribing directly inside the app starts a paid plan right away, so sign up at web.joincarbon.com first if you want to try Carbon before paying.
Who is eligible for the free trial?
The 7-day free trial is for new accounts only.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You're in control the whole time. Cancel any time before day 7 in Settings > Subscription and you won't be charged. If you keep going, your trial converts to a paid subscription.
How much does Carbon cost after the free trial?
Carbon's standard subscription prices are:
Monthly: $11.99 USD, billed monthly
6 months: $59.99 USD, billed every 6 months
Yearly: $99.99 USD, billed yearly (works out to $8.33 a month)
How do I cancel during the free trial?
You can cancel any time before your trial ends. In the Carbon app, go to Settings > Subscription to manage or cancel your subscription.
