Adding your weight into the app

There are a few places to enter your weight.

  1. Tapping on the "add weight" button on the coach tab.

  2. Tapping on the gray circular icon in the top right corner of the me tab weight graph.

  3. Tapping the floating menu button in the bottom right corner on the diary tab and selecting "add weight."

  4. Integrating Apple Health with Carbon to automatically pull your weight.

Editing and deleting weights

  • Deleting weights can be done by swiping left on the weight you want to be deleted.

  • Editing weights can be done by clicking on the weight you want to edit, typing in the new weight, and tapping add in the top right corner.

If your weigh-in says "Coach" next to it, this means it was added during a check-in or while creating a new goal. Unfortunately, you can't delete or edit these weights from the app. You will need to reach out to our support team.
