The "me" tab is a great way to assess your progress and nutrition to help work towards your short- and long-term goals with Carbon. So, what exactly will you find on the "me" tab?

Body Values:

  • Weight

  • Body Fat

  • Lean Body Mass

  • Maintenance Calories

Nutrition Values:

  • Calories

  • Protein

  • Carbs

  • Fat

If you wish to see any of these graphs in a list view, you can select the circular gray icon in the top right corner of your screen.
