During the week of your period, it's completely normal to see an increase in weight. This increase is due to bloating and inflammation associated with your period and is NOT fat gain. To help combat this, we have a feature that asks you at check-in: "Do you think your period increased your weight this past week?"

  • If you answer "yes" to this question, the coach will limit your macro and calorie adjustments since your weight trend will be slightly thrown off due to your period's weight gain.

  • If you answer "no" to this question, the coach will work as it usually does and make any necessary adjustments.

What should you do if you experience increased weight for multiple weeks due to your period?

  • If you experienced 1-2 weeks where your period affected your weight, you should select "yes" at both

  • If you experienced 3+ weeks where you think your period is affected your weight, you should select "no"
