At first glance, you may think that Carbon doesn’t keep track of things like your fiber, saturated fat, or sugar intake, but we do! You can find your daily nutrient summary information under the “i” icon.
How to Find the “i” Icon
There is a small “i” icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the macro targets box on the diary tab. When you click on this “i” icon, a screen will open up with your daily nutrient summary. This screen contains your tracked amounts for different dietary values. Some of these include saturated fat, fiber, sugar, added sugars, cholesterol, sodium, potassium, calcium, to name a few.
As you track your meals in Carbon, the values in the “i” icon page will automatically update based on the food entries you make.
