Are you someone who tends to eat the same foods for certain meals, each day or week? If so, the copy full day of meals or copy multiple meals feature will save you time tracking!

For example, suppose you enjoyed everything you ate on Monday and wanted to eat all of the same things on Tuesday. In that case, you can copy all of your meals from Monday and "paste" them to Tuesday.

Or, if you only enjoyed your breakfast and lunch, you can copy only those meals onto another day.

How to use the copy full day or multiple meals feature

To use this feature, tap the floating menu button in the bottom right corner of the diary tab > select "copy meals." A window will pop up where you can choose any or all meals you wish to copy to another day. You will be given the option to select which day you want these meals to be copied to.
